We are seeking a dedicated and friendly School Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an organised and efficient individual who is able to support the team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between the school and parents, as well as maintaining accurate student records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with parents and guardians, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all student information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Organise and manage student records and information.
- Handle general receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, managing the front desk, and assisting visitors.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in using school management systems such as Arbour, SIMS, Oracle, or Bromcom.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
