Are you looking to gain experience in education? Do you want the chance to work across a range of different year groups? Monarch Education is working with a large cluster of primary schools located in the NN18 area of Corby and we are currently recruiting for individuals to fill a number of Primary Cover Supervisor roles.
You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful, just up to date and relevant experience working with young people. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education. You must be confident in covering large primary classes and have an adaptable and engaging approach.
This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. This is a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where planning will always be in place.

Requirements Of The Candidate
- Recent and relevant experience working with young people, this can be in an educational, coaching or care setting

- Be an effective communicator and have strong interpersonal skills
- Be punctual, flexible and reliable
