Nursery Nurse role with opportunities to progress as Room Leader and into Management!
SALARY: £24,800 – £27,000 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience)
To be considered for this wonderful opportunity, you MUST have the following:
- Minimum Qualification in either:
- NVQ 3 & 4 Childcare or Children’s Learning & Development
- CACHE Level 3 & 4 Early Years full and relevant qualification
Candidates unqualified or with a Level 1 or 2 will be considered for Nursery Assistant.
The Nursery is large with over 100 pupils attending in sessions across all of our classes from babies to pre-school children!

Responsibilities and Duties
Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Planning and delivering activities using the EYFS
- Being a key worker and using our state‑of‑the‑art online learning journey called 'Tapestry'
- Sharing information about your children's development with parents or carers.
- Taking children on outings; completing risk assessments
- Personal care routines
- Observing children and writing reports
- Making sure children are safe and well
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications in childcare are essential. Unqualified staff will be considered for Nursery Nurse Assistant positions.
