Monarch is a leading distributor of water softeners in the UK, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality products. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Internal Sales Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in generating new sales leads and nurturing existing customer relationships. You will also be responsible for assisting customers with their sales inquiries, providing product information, and offering solutions to their water softener needs.

This role is office based position, based in Diss. Monday - Friday. 12 Month FTC.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide information about our products and services to customers and explain their benefits.
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable water softener solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Assist customers with their sales inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in sales, preferably in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Knowledge of water softeners or plumbing industry is a plus.
