At Monarch Education, we are committed to supporting our candidates and delivering high-quality staffing solutions to nurseries and early years settings. We are currently recruiting experienced Early Years qualified staff to work with Local Authority and Privately Owned nurseries throughout Rubery. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 12 weeks of recent, relevant experience working in Early Years settings. Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time shifts, offering flexibility to suit your availability. We provide long-term placements as well as ad hoc bookings, enabling you to choose the most suitable working arrangement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • delivering high standards of care and education
  • supporting children’s developmental needs
  • working collaboratively with nursery teams to create a safe and stimulating environment

  • have at least 12 weeks of recent experience in an Early Years Setting
  • have a recognised Early Years Qualification (min. Level 2)
