Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, is currently working closely with a one form entry, inner city primary school who are looking for a full time Year 5 Teacher to start as soon as possible. This school embraces families from diverse backgrounds, creating a vibrant community, thriving on shared values and mutual respect. This is a full time role, full responsibility role and will be until the end of the academic year. The school is ideally located near to the City Centre with great transport links.
The school is looking for a bubbly, child centred individual who is always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, who strive to provide high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential to meet targets.
The Ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
- Have excellent knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
- Have proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice
- Be flexible and can be able to adapt quickly in different school environments
- Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
- Be a team player, demonstrating humility, support to all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
- Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of the role and asks of the school
- Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to control behaviour management
