The Role

  • Providing 1:1 or small-group support to students with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
  • Helping pupils engage in learning and build confidence
  • Supporting the class teacher in creating an inclusive, safe and positive environment
  • Encouraging independence, social skills and emotional regulation
  • Ensuring educational and wellbeing needs are met throughout the school day
