Overview

Supply Cover Supervisor – Stroud

Location: Stroud

Contract: Full-Time Supply (Monday-Friday)

Hours: 8:15am – 3:15pm

Salary: £118.50 – £130.35 per day (DOE)

We are currently seeking a reliable and adaptable Supply Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across Stroud.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise classes across various subjects using pre-prepared lesson materials
  • Maintain a calm, focused, and positive learning environment
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Adapt quickly to different schools and year groups

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with young people in a school setting
  • Confident classroom management skills
  • Flexible, proactive, and professional approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
