What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering tailored lessons to students with a range of SEND needs across key stages.
  • Creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet individual student needs.
  • Managing behaviour positively and effectively using restorative and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Adapting the curriculum to suit diverse learning styles and abilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant experience teaching or instructing in SEND or specialist settings (QTS not essential).
  • Proven experience working with students with ASC, ADHD, PMLD, or SEMH.
  • Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practices.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • A team player with resilience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in specialist SEND settings.
  • Knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding procedures.
