Location: Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) | Flexible part‑time options available
Shifts: Monday – Friday, between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

About the Role
We’re working with a highly respected nursery in Wootton Bassett that is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their friendly team. You’ll support children from infancy to preschool age, helping them learn and grow through creative, explorative activities indoors and outdoors. This nursery champions outdoor learning, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence in every child—preparing them for school and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and deliver fun, age‑appropriate activities tailored to each child’s interests and needs
- Observe and record children’s progress to support their development
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to create a warm, inclusive environment
- Promote the nursery’s values and ethos every day
What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification
