We are currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Social Sciences Supply Teacher to work in secondary schools across Bristol. This role is ideal for a qualified teacher or experienced cover supervisor who is confident delivering Social Sciences subjects, including Sociology, Psychology, Criminology, or related areas. You will be stepping into a variety of school environments, providing high-quality teaching and maintaining positive learning experiences for students.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured Social Sciences lessons
- Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings
- Manage behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning environment
- Follow school policies and lesson plans where provided
Requirements:
- QTS/QTLS (or substantial UK secondary teaching experience)
- Strong subject knowledge within Social Sciences
- Confident classroom management skills
- Flexibility and a positive, professional attitude
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
