We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Solihull (B90). This is a part-time opportunity within the school’s ARC provision, offering the chance to make a real difference in a specialist setting.

Role Available

  • SEND Teacher – ARC Provision (Part Time)
  • Teaching within the school’s specialist ARC (Additionally Resourced Centre)
  • Delivering tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs
  • Creating a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

About the role

  • 3 days per week (term time only)
  • Based in Solihull (B90)
  • Long-term position with potential to continue
  • Working with pupils with a range of SEND needs
  • Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
  • Working closely with support staff, SENCO, and wider school team

  • Have recent experience working in a SEND specialist setting or school (evidence required)
  • Be confident supporting pupils with a range of complex needs
  • Have experience planning and delivering differentiated lessons
  • Have a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
  • Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Ideally be local to the area or able to travel to B90
