We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Solihull (B90). This is a part-time opportunity within the school’s ARC provision, offering the chance to make a real difference in a specialist setting.

- SEND Teacher – ARC Provision (Part Time)
- Teaching within the school’s specialist ARC (Additionally Resourced Centre)
- Delivering tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs
- Creating a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
About the role
- 3 days per week (term time only)
- Based in Solihull (B90)
- Long-term position with potential to continue
- Working with pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
- Working closely with support staff, SENCO, and wider school team

- Have recent experience working in a SEND specialist setting or school (evidence required)
- Be confident supporting pupils with a range of complex needs
- Have experience planning and delivering differentiated lessons
- Have a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
- Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Ideally be local to the area or able to travel to B90
