Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high‑quality Science lessons (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) that promote curiosity and progress
- Assess and monitor pupil attainment through classwork, homework, assessments, and constructive feedback
- Develop and contribute to schemes of work that support differentiation and challenge learners of all abilities
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages scientific enquiry, collaboration, and resilience
- Use a variety of teaching strategies, including practical work and digital tools, to enhance learning
- Contribute to departmental planning, curriculum development, and wider school initiatives
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to support both academic and pastoral outcomes

- A relevant Science degree (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a combined discipline)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
