Monarch Education are working with a specialist school in Rugby who are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged pupils with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). What you’ll be doing
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting with individual learning programmes and EHCP targets
- Supporting sensory activities and engagement in learning
- Encouraging communication and interaction
- Assisting with personal care and daily routines
- Helping maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
- Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff
Essential:
