Full-Time Teacher Required – Immediate Start until July

We are seeking a highly motivated and outstanding Year 5 Teacher to join a progressive and supportive school team on a full-time basis, starting ASAP until July.

Position Details

  • Role: Year 5 Teacher
  • Location: Redditch
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Until end of the academic year
  • Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:15am – 03:45pm
  • Pay Rate: Β£168.60 – Β£232.57

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven track record of planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning needs and learning outcomes (with references within the last 2 years)
  • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment methods
  • Ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities to reach targets
  • Passion for creating a positive, inclusive, stimulating, and positive learning environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm for learning
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, implementing strategies to maintain a safe and productive learning atmosphere; promote positive behaviour and social skills, supporting students’ emotional and social development
  • Foster a love of learning, curiosity, and independence among students
