Monarch Education is seeking an experienced and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the Redditch area. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience supporting pupils with autism and behavioural needs, who can provide tailored interventions and help create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with autism and behavioural challenges.
- Implement strategies to manage behaviour and promote emotional regulation.
- Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans.
- Assist with classroom activities and adapt resources to meet individual needs.
