Primary Teacher in Redditch

About the role:

• Full-time Year 2 Teacher position
• Starting from the new academic year until July 2027
• Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
• Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment where all children can thrive
• Working collaboratively with a dedicated and supportive staff team

What we’re looking for:

• We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated teacher who has a genuine commitment to helping children succeed.
• You will be an excellent classroom practitioner who can inspire young learners and create a positive learning experience for every child.
• You will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2.
• Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Be confident in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Have high expectations for both behaviour and achievement.
• Be able to effectively assess, monitor, and support pupil progress.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and senior leaders.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Be committed, reliable, and flexible in your approach.
• Have a passion for inclusive education and supporting all learners to succeed.
