Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Religious Studies curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Inspire and motivate students to engage deeply with philosophical, ethical, and cultural topics
- Drive high standards of teaching and learning within the department
- Support and develop colleagues through effective leadership and coaching
- Contribute to whole‑school initiatives and the wider life of the school
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Religious Studies
- Proven ability to teach across secondary age ranges
- Experience in curriculum leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role
