Monarch Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Selly Oak and Northfield and South Birmingham. Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for greater flexibility or an ECT seeking to build experience across different settings, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
- Follow school planning and ensure continuity of learning
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Adapt quickly to different school settings
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
We offer both day-to-day supply and long-term positions, giving you the flexibility to work around your lifestyle and career goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Recent experience teaching within a primary school setting
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A flexible and professional approach
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- The right to work in the UK
