About the Role
We are seeking passionate Primary Cover Specialists to work across a variety of welcoming Primary Schools in Didcot. Your role will be to deliver engaging lessons, maintain a positive learning environment, and support pupils in their day‑to‑day learning. Whether you’re an experienced teacher or a confident cover supervisor, we can match you to roles that suit your skills and availability.
Work available includes:
- EYFS, KS1 and KS2 general cover
- Pre‑planned lessons
- Regular days or ad‑hoc supply
- Opportunities for long‑term placements
- Roles with additional responsibilities paid to scale

What We’re Looking For
- QTS, ECTs, experienced teachers OR experienced Cover Supervisors
- Confidence delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Good classroom management and a positive, proactive approach
- Ability to commute to schools in and around Didcot
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
