Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, are working in close partnership with a two‑form entry Church of England primary school in Coleshill to appoint a part‑time Key Stage 2 Class Teacher from September 2026. The school was judged Good by Ofsted and benefits from a flourishing early years provision, including a nursery for children from the age of two. It is part of a supportive diocesan multi‑academy trust, rooted in strong Christian values and committed to helping all children and staff flourish. You will work closely with a partner teacher, with carefully planned PPA time that enables collaborative planning of the school curriculum, while also allowing you the autonomy to bring your own creativity, experiences and passions into the classroom. Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS with recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Be an effective classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising attainment
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and age‑related expectations
  • Plan and deliver engaging, well‑sequenced lessons that maintain pace, challenge and motivation
  • Be committed to promoting the school’s Christian distinctiveness and values
