What We’re Looking For

We are currently recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants to work in primary and SEN schools. If you are passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, we want to hear from you.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom to access learning
  • Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed
  • Helping create a safe, positive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Recent experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s education
  • Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)

Pay: £90 – £110 per day (inclusive of rolled-up holiday pay)
