We are currently seeking a Full-Time School Administrator to support our partner primary school in Nottingham. This is a term-time only position, offering a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a welcoming and dynamic school environment.
About the Role
As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. You will provide vital administrative support to staff, pupils, and parents, helping to create an efficient and welcoming school community.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing student records, attendance, and admissions
- Answering phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks and paperwork
- Handling communication with parents and external agencies
- Assisting with school events and meetings
- Managing supplies and stock levels
- Using school management systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor, or similar platforms) to update records and produce reports
- Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures

- Proven experience using school management systems

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
