Monarch Education is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Qualified Year 2 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Nottingham on a part-time basis, working three days per week from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning within Key Stage 1. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and creating a positive classroom environment where every child feels supported and encouraged to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching within Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2. A strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and SATs preparation is desirable, alongside excellent classroom management skills and a nurturing approach to learning.
