We are seeking a driven and resilient Pastoral Lead to join a forward-thinking school where behaviour, wellbeing, and student success are a top priority. The Role

  • Lead on behaviour, attendance, and pastoral care
  • Manage and support students with challenging behaviour
  • Deliver targeted interventions for vulnerable pupils
  • Work closely with SLT, safeguarding, and external agencies
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Drive a positive and consistent school culture

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in pastoral, behaviour, inclusion, or safeguarding roles
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • Confident, resilient, and able to build rapport quickly
  • Background in education, youth work, or support settings desirable
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for young people
