What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students with ASD in the classroom, helping them stay engaged and focused.
- Working one-to-one or in small groups to deliver tailored learning and emotional support.
- Helping with sensory activities and structured routines.
- Assisting teachers with lesson prep and classroom organisation.
- Encouraging independence and celebrating small wins every day.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND, especially ASD.
- Someone who’s caring, reliable, and not afraid to get stuck in.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Any relevant training (e.g. Autism Awareness, Team Teach) is a bonus - but not essential.
