Teaching Assistant - Specialist SEN setting
Monarch Education are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs in a long-term position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with communication and interaction needs, including speech and language difficulties, ASD, and other additional learning needs. The role will involve working closely with teaching staff and external professionals to help pupils develop their communication, confidence, and independence within the school environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Knowledge of speech, language and communication needs
- A patient, nurturing and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to supporting pupils to reach their full potential
