The Role
- Deliver high-quality teaching across the primary curriculum, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.
- Plan and assess learning effectively, using data to inform next steps and ensure progress.
- Create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff and other colleagues to support pupils with varying needs.
- Contribute to school life, including extracurricular activities, planning meetings and CPD.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
