What you’ll be doing:
- Leading engaging KS1 lessons across local Bicester primary schools
- Supporting pupils in their early learning journey with creativity and confidence
- Managing the classroom and ensuring a positive, purposeful learning environment
- Working with school staff to adapt learning activities to meet the needs of the class
- Delivering high-quality teaching and contributing to pupils’ academic and personal development
What we’re looking for:
- Experience teaching or leading learning within a primary school (KS1 experience ideal)
- A positive, proactive and reliable approach to education
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Someone who loves working with children and wants to make an impact
- QTS is desirable, but we also welcome experienced Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers with strong KS1 experience
