What You’ll Be Doing
As a Backup Primary Teacher, you’ll:
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
- Follow school plans or bring your own creative flair
- Create a safe, encouraging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Support schools with last‑minute, planned, or ongoing cover needs
