Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years professional who loves helping young children develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning? Do you want to work in a friendly, supportive school where early development is truly valued? Monarch Education is working closely with a welcoming primary school in the Worksop (S80) area, who are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner, Level 3 Teaching Assistant, or HLTA to join their Early Years team.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to support children in their crucial early stages of learning. You will work closely with class teachers and EYFS staff to provide a safe, engaging and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Delivering small-group or whole-class activities (HLTA responsibilities where applicable)
  • Creating a warm, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional and behavioural development
  • Observing, recording and contributing to assessments of pupil progress
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or HLTA status
  • Experience working in an EYFS setting
  • A caring, patient and positive approach
  • Strong understanding of child development and early learning
  • Good behaviour and emotional regulation support skills
  • A genuine passion for helping young children thrive
