Monarch Education is recruiting an experienced and passionate SEMH Teacher to join a supportive specialist setting in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate educator who is committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
In this role, you will create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment, delivering tailored teaching and pastoral support that helps pupils thrive both academically and emotionally. The position is initially temporary, with a strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
- Experience supporting children with SEMH or additional needs (desired but not essential)
- Strong behaviour management skills and a positive, resilient attitude
- Ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
