Monarch Education is seeking a compassionate Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Chesterfield from September 2026. You will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with PMLD and complex needs, helping access personalised learning through sensory-based activities and communication strategies.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assist with therapy programmes, maintain a safe inclusive environment, and collaborate with teachers and therapists.
