Monarch Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Partner to join a vibrant primary school in the Cheltenham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting younger learners and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.

About the Role

  • Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
  • Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
  • Supporting children with additional learning, social, or behavioural needs.
  • Encouraging positive learning behaviours and helping pupils develop confidence and independence.
  • Working closely with the teacher and SENCo to tailor support to the needs of each child.

  • You must have previous UK school-based experience, ideally within a primary setting.
