Monarch Education is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Partner to join a vibrant primary school in the Cheltenham area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting younger learners and helping them thrive both academically and emotionally.
About the Role
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
- Assisting the class teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
- Supporting children with additional learning, social, or behavioural needs.
- Encouraging positive learning behaviours and helping pupils develop confidence and independence.
- Working closely with the teacher and SENCo to tailor support to the needs of each child.
What We’re Looking For
- You must have previous UK school-based experience, ideally within a primary setting.
- We are seeking someone who is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
- Confident supporting pupils with varying needs and abilities.
- Able to build strong, encouraging relationships with pupils and staff.
