Monarch Education is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded secondary school in the South Staffordshire area, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mathematics Teacher to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher of Mathematics to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils in achieving their full potential. The school has a strong reputation for academic excellence, high standards of behaviour, and a supportive learning environment.
The Role
- Full-time teaching position
- Temporary cover assignment commencing September 2026
- Teaching Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
- Planning, preparation, marking, and assessment responsibilities included
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and established Maths department
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Have experience teaching Mathematics KS3-4 in a secondary school setting
- Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills
- Be committed to raising attainment and pupil outcomes
- Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to build positive relationships with students and staff
Salary
£165-£262 per day (Dependent on experience)
