Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Bristol. This is a full-time, long-term role starting in November 2025, ideal for a teacher who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality education and making a lasting impact on pupils’ learning.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for teaching a Year 3 class, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons that support academic progress and personal development.
- The school has a strong community ethos and is committed to inclusive, child-centred learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and support
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
- Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A commitment to pupil wellbeing and academic success
- A valid DBS or willingness to obtain one
