Are you passionate about supporting young children with additional needs and looking for a long-term role in a nurturing school environment? We are working with a lovely, small SEND school in Keynsham, Bristol, which is part of a supportive and well‑established trust. The school has a strong reputation for its caring ethos, inclusive approach, and high‑quality provision, ensuring every child feels valued and supported. They are currently looking for a full‑time staff member to start in September on a long‑term basis. You will be supporting a new EYFS pupil in the school who is currently undiagnosed and awaiting an EHCP, so this role requires someone patient, understanding, and adaptable to the child’s developing needs.
About the Role:
- Providing 1:1 support for a pupil in EYFS
- Working closely with the SENCo and the child’s parents to ensure consistent, tailored support
- Supporting the child’s development, engagement, and emotional wellbeing
- Helping to establish routines and a positive introduction to school life
