About the Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEMH needs.
- Help create a nurturing, structured, and safe learning environment.
- Support teachers in delivering personalised and engaging learning activities.
- Build trusting relationships to promote emotional resilience, confidence and positive behaviour.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists and wider support teams.
- Use creative and restorative approaches to behaviour management.
