Monarch Education are working with a primary school in Sutton Coldfield to recruit a Year 1 Teacher on a full-time basis.
About the role
- Teaching a Year 1 class
- Planning and delivering lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Supporting pupils’ progress and preparing them for end of year assessments
- Managing behaviour and creating a consistent classroom environment
- Working closely with support staff and SLT
What we’re looking for
- QTS – preferred however will also consider ECT’s
- Experience teaching in Year 1
- Good classroom and behaviour management
- Ability to plan and deliver clear, structured lessons
- Reliable and professional
