Monarch Education is working in partnership with a further education college in Longbridge to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Sociology / Criminology Lecturer. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Sociology and Criminology lessons to post‑16 learners
- Plan and prepare engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
- Assess learner understanding and provide constructive feedback
- Support student progress and achievement
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to departmental planning
What We’re Looking For
- Teaching qualification (PGCE / CertEd / DTLLS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Sociology and/or Criminology within FE or post‑16 settings
- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to engage learners
