Monarch Education are working with a primary school in the B6, Aston area to recruit an experienced and dedicated Reception Teacher for a full-time, long-term position. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team, delivering engaging and creative lessons that help children develop the skills, confidence, and foundations needed for future learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality teaching in line with the EYFS curriculum, while creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment. The school is seeking a confident and experienced Reception Teacher who can quickly establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues and make an immediate impact within the classroom.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent experience teaching within Reception or EYFS
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning experiences
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach
