Monarch Education is recruiting a qualified Early Years Practitioner for a nursery setting in Northfield. This role requires a recognised Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) and a minimum of 6 months’ experience working in a UK nursery.

About the Role

You will be part of the nursery’s Early Years team, supporting children’s learning, development, and daily routines. The role involves working with children aged 0-5 and contributing to a safe and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting children’s learning through play‑based activities
  • Assisting with planning and delivering activities linked to the EYFS framework
  • Observing children’s progress and contributing to assessments
  • Helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and organised learning environment
  • Supporting children with personal care and daily routines
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and families
  • Following safeguarding and nursery policies at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 minimum)
  • At least 6 months of experience in a UK nursery setting
