Monarch Education is seeking a professional and dedicated Lunch Time Supervisor to work at a Primary School in Coleshill. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, supervision, and wellbeing of pupils during their lunchtime period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise children during their lunch break to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
- Assist with the distribution of meals and monitor proper behaviour during lunch hours.
- Promote positive social interactions and encourage good manners among pupils.
- Address minor conflicts or behavioural issues calmly and effectively, following school policies.
- Ensure the safety of all children, including managing any emergencies or incidents in accordance with school procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
