Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, are working in close partnership with a two‑form entry Church of England primary school in Coleshill to appoint a Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to cover maternity leave from September 2026. The school was judged Good by Ofsted and has a thriving early years provision, including a flourishing nursery welcoming children from the age of two. It is part of a supportive diocesan multi‑academy trust, underpinned by strong Christian values and a clear vision to help all children and staff flourish.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold QTS with recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1
- Be an effective classroom practitioner with a proven track record of raising attainment
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and age‑related expectations
- Plan and deliver engaging, well‑sequenced lessons that maintain pace, challenge and motivation
- Be committed to promoting the school’s Christian distinctiveness and values
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and a commitment to achieving excellence in teaching and learning
