Rate: £162.31 – £223.63 per day

Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, are currently working closely with a Primary School in Bournville who aim to base all they do on their six values: Respect, Responsibility, Challenge, Integrity, Compassion and Collaboration. They are looking for a full-time Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team in September until the end of the academic year (year group will be discussed at interview).

This is a full-time, full responsibility teaching role, interviewing immediately. The school are looking for a friendly, child-centred individual who is always willing to go the extra mile for all children in their care, striving to provide high-quality learning, which enables each child to realise their full potential to meet targets.

The school has a large supportive senior team, with up-to-date technology and nearby public transport routes and onsite parking available on school site. The school are willing to accept applications from ECTs but you will need to obtain references from a school/placement, working within any of the KS2 year groups.

The Ideal candidate will need, but not limited to:

  • Hold a recognised teacher qualification, QTS or Equivalent
  • Have excellent knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum
  • Proven record of having experience of outstanding classroom practice
  • Be flexible and can adapt quickly in different school environments
  • Be passionate about securing the best outcomes, inspiring and supporting all children
  • Be a team player, demonstrating humility, supporting all colleagues and can communicate readily and easily
  • Possess a positive energy and enthusiasm for learning as well as a ‘can-do’ attitude to all aspects of the role
  • Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Able to control behaviour management
