Monarch Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Birmingham for a reliable and dedicated School Caretaker.
Position Details
- Hours: 6:45 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Location: Birmingham
About the Role
As a School Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and students. Your responsibilities will include site security, routine maintenance, safety inspections, minor repairs, and general facilities management. You will also be responsible for unlocking and locking the premises and ensuring the site remains in excellent condition.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred
- Experience in facilities management, maintenance, or similar roles will be considered
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
