Monarch Education are looking for a Careers Advisor to join a Secondary School based in Birmingham. We are looking to appoint a dedicated and knowledgeable Careers Support Worker to assist students in exploring their career options and developing their future pathways. Ideally, candidates will hold a Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification. The role is required to start as soon as possible.
About the Role
This full-time (or part-time considered) position involves working closely with students to provide careers advice, guidance, and support to help them make informed decisions about their future education and career choices. You will be an integral part of the school’s careers team, helping to inspire and empower students.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing careers guidance and support to students
- Assisting with career-related activities and events
- Supporting students with CV writing, interview prep, and application processes
