Monarch Education is working in partnership with a further education college in Longbridge to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Business Lecturer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a subject specialist to teach within a supportive FE environment while maintaining flexibility through part-time hours. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective Business lessons to post-16 learners
- Plan and prepare lessons aligned with the curriculum
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Support students in developing academic and vocational understanding
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to departmental objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Teaching qualification (PGCE / CertEd / DTLLS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Business within FE or post-16 settings
- Strong subject knowledge across Business-related topics
- Confident classroom management and communication skills
- A professional, adaptable approach to teaching
