Monarch Education is excited to be recruiting enthusiastic, caring and reliable Primary Classroom Assistants to support local primary schools across Bicester. The Role
As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a variety of ways, including:
- 1:1 support for pupils who need additional guidance
- General classroom support, helping the teacher deliver engaging lessons
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a safe, supportive learning environment
- Supporting with small group activities, phonics, literacy, numeracy and creative tasks
Every day is different – perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, rewarding role.
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need teaching experience – just the right attitude! We’d love to hear from you if you are:
- Patient, kind and enthusiastic
- Confident working with children

- Willing to learn and take guidance
Experience in childcare, youth work, coaching, or SEN support is a bonus – but not essential.
