Monarch Education are recruiting a Level 3 teaching assistant to work in a primary school in Bath from January 2026. The successful applicant will be placed within a year 1 class to support intervention groups, focusing on raising attainment in Literacy and developing language skills.
Your role will be supporting small groups within the class alongside a group of highly trained Key Stage 1 specialist staff.
To be considered you must:
- Be experienced within primary schools
- Have a CACHE Level 3 or equivalent
- Be available full time
- Have a Child Workforce DBS registered with the update service or be willing to complete a new application
- Be able to provide relevant child based references from previous employment
All placements are subject to a full compliance check with Monarch Education and a trial day at the school.
